In the wake of COVID-19, the government has been making lots of efforts in helping small business owners get back on their feet. Most recently, on June 17th, in consultation with the Department of the Treasury, the Small Business Administration (SBA) released a revised forgiveness application for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). It was designed in response to the PPP Flexibility Act of 2020, which was made into law by the President on June 5th.
